The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Pay Range: $56,600.00 - $84,900.00Job Description Position Overview: Program Mentors use specialized program content and career expertise to coach and guide students through programs and support career competency development. As faculty members, they are also expert in the WGU model and services and strive to develop and deepen individual students lifelong learning skills. Program Mentors are assigned a group of students and are accountable concerning each student's academic progress and success, typically from program start to finish. Program Mentors are responsive to student needs and vary the type, length, method, and intensity of support best matched to a learner's pace, strengths, and goals. Job Qualifications:
