General Information:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Management Specialist to join our Raleigh office. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders using SAP, coordinating with feeder factories, and support-ing project management for order-related activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with order processing, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate with feeder factories to send orders and manage any production or delivery-related concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between project management team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Support project management teams by coordinating order-related activities and providing updates on order status.
  • Track and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and communications in SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Prepare reports on order status, lead times, and other relevant metrics.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
