Job Summary (Primary function) The Associate Director of Performance Analytics & Insights supports measurement and insight generation for the impact of a variety of Market Access, Cross-Portfolio, and Medical Affairs field-based teams. This role will collaborate with Senior Leaders to define an insights agenda, identify appropriate performance and impact data sources, and deliver analytics that provide actionable insights to the Market Access and Medical Affairs leadership teams. The role will focus on developing a deeper understanding of highly competitive markets, and uncover customer / External Experts needs. Essential Functions of the Job (Key Responsibilities) * Support measurement and insight generation for the impact of Market Access and Medical Affairs field-based teams. * Collaborate with Senior Leaders to define an insights agenda, identify appropriate performance and impact data sources, and deliver analytics that provide actionable insights to the Market Access, Cross-Portfolio and Medical Affairs leadership teams. * Focus on developing a deeper understanding of highly competitive markets and uncover customer/EE needs. * Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide regular updates to the leadership team. * Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of performance analytics with overall business objectives. * Provide training and support to field-based teams on the use of performance analytics tools and methodologies. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of performance analytics activities. Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competencies) * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Life Sciences). A Master's degree (MBA, MS) is preferred. * 7-10 yrs of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech market research, KPI identification, measurement and analytics, & forecasting. * Proven track record of managing both qualitative and quantitative impact/insight measurement projects in oncology. * Extensive experience in conducting complex, multi-variate analyses, statistical modeling, and scenario planning skills. * Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SAS, Power BI). * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling data visualizations. * Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools . programming (e.g., SQL, SAS) preferred Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
