And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day. **Needing Clinical Intern to start before Summer 2025** I. Major Responsibilities: 1. Provides direct clinical treatment to adults, children and adolescents as represented in the caseload through diagnostic evaluations and screenings; crisis/emergency assessment and intervention; treatment planning and assessment; individual, group, couple and family therapy. 2. Participates in interdisciplinary and integrated diagnostic treatment and planning conferences. 3. Consults with area schools, doctors/primary care, individuals, and other social service agencies, insurance providers and hospital networks regarding clients, client services and case management as applicable. 4. Maintains client records and administrative records consistent with policy. 5. Attends administrative staff meetings as required. 6. Attends seminars, in-service education, clinical supervision, and professional meetings as required. 7. Participates in required trainings. 1. Complete CCBHC Diagnostic Evaluations with individuals and families within the required timeframes: Same Day - 24 hours, Urgent - 48 hours, Routine - 14 days. 2. Complete CCBHC Diagnostic Evaluations within contractual and agency requirements 1. Coordinate and develop treatment plans consistent with Department of Developmental Services ISP or IEP regulations as required 2. Provide therapy and/or crisis assessment and planning in the community as required by the DDS contract. Standard Staffing Level Responsibilities: 1. Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives. 2. Attends variety of meetings, conferences, seminars as required or directed. 3. Demonstrates use of Quality Improvement in daily operations. 4. Complies with all health and safety regulations and requirements. 5. Respects diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients, and visitors. 6. Maintains, regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. 7. Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed. All responsibilities are essential job functions. II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. In a Masters or Doctoral level program in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or related program. 2. Satisfactory CORI background check.
