Ignite Digital, has an exciting opportunity for a Jira Service Desk Developer to support our client engagements within the federal government. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills and a strong work ethic. This position serves an important role in supporting the Navy's NIWC Pacific Process Automation team through Jira/Confluence apps. The Developer will troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing processes by developing solutions within Jira, using Adaptavist ScriptRunner, automation, various elements connections, workflow and Agile/SCRUM development methodologies. The role will have a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days on site per week. Responsibilities:
