Our skilled Non-Union employees provide superior expertise in all pohases of finishing projects, mainly high-end residential projects. Job Summary This role's emphasis will be on maintaining timely reporting across sales and marketing, while helping the team explore product level trends. The successful individual will have a strong quantitative background, solid academic achievement, excellent financial modeling and data manipulation skills, strong communication and people skills, ability to learn quickly. Responsibilities : * Create and maintain monthly performance marketing reports, tracking media spending and assessing its effectiveness. * Develop and update sales reports, including monthly product sales breakdowns, channel performance, and insights on new product launches. * Conduct product level analyses to identify and highlight trends, helping the team understand key drivers of sales and marketing success. * Define, segment, and evaluate product classifications, considering factors such as size, growth, and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making. * Collaborate with various departments to address specific financial analysis needs and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. Requirements * 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst * We Ask Questions to Find the Best Answers. * Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills. * Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to influence others.
