Providing exceptional guest service through the efficient organization of instructors and support staff. Resolves guest and employee issues as needed. Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance - including seasonal performance reviews. Ensures all staff are meeting expectations presented in our Employee Manual and Instructor Resource Manual. Mentors and assists in the development and training of future Ski & Snowboard School leaders. Requirements: PSIA/AASI Level 2 or above certified instructor preferred, with a strong understanding of contemporary ski and snowboard technical, teaching and people skills 3+ years working in snow sports school, preferably with supervisory experience Ability to positively influence and support others. High levels of emotional intelligence. Superior communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide great guest service Strong understanding of Ski & Snowboard School operations and the guest experience trail Hourly pay: $24.00 - $36.94 Starting pay based on experience and PSAI or equivalent certifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
