Job Duties

• Assist new and existing customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately.
• Input client information into spreadsheets and send invoices.
• Take thorough notes and follow up on quotes, orders, and materials.
• Build strong customer relationships and help meet monthly sales goals.
• Work closely with outside sales and other departments.
• Learn products and services to better support customer needs.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred - Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of electrical industry or similar experience
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
