Job Duties

• Operate and maintain wastewater treatment equipment, including flow-through, batch treatment, and filtration systems.
• Monitor treatment processes and conduct routine inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform hazardous waste sampling, recordkeeping, and data entry.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Support environmental, safety, and emergency response programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams and management to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Environmental Science, Wastewater Technology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of wastewater treatment, environmental, chemical handling, or related industrial experience.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, OSHA safety practices, and hazardous waste management.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.
• Ability to work independently and safely in an industrial environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces when required.
