Job Duties Serve as the primary connection between Staffmark associates, onsite leadership, and the customer. Conduct new hire check-ins, facility tours, and onboarding support. Introduce new associates to supervisors, trainers, and team leads. Assist with employee training, development, and engagement initiatives. Monitor associate attendance, participation, and overall workforce engagement. Support employee recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and retention efforts. Ensure compliance with PPE requirements, workplace safety standards, and site policies. Participate in safety meetings, walkthroughs, and associate coaching activities. Attend shift-start meetings and communicate operational updates. Escalate employee concerns and operational challenges to leadership as needed. Build positive relationships with associates while promoting a productive and supportive work environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional training in leadership, human resources, customer service, or workforce development is a plus. Experience Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish required. Previous warehouse, distribution, production, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred. Prior leadership, team lead, training, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple associates and operational priorities. Customer-service mindset with the ability to professionally resolve concerns and provide support. Friendly, organized, outgoing, and highly dependable. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for extended periods. Ability to move throughout warehouse and production areas while supporting associates. Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management teams. Ability to support varying schedules and shifts based on business needs.
