Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of assembly, carpentry, or related manufacturing experience. Previous forklift operating experience required. Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Experience using hand tools and power tools, including nail guns and miter saws. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and measurements. Comfortable working in a warehouse and shop environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required. Ability to safely operate forklifts, hand tools, and power tools. Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse/shop setting. Job Duties Operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility. Perform assembly and production tasks according to specifications. Accurately read a tape measure to ensure proper dimensions and quality. Use hand tools and power tools, including nail guns and miter saws, to complete projects. Assist with carpentry-related tasks and product assembly. Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions. Support general warehouse and shop operations as needed.
