Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Beneficiary Services Representative (PEBLO) at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota.

Make a meaningful difference by guiding military service members and their families through the Disability Evaluation System (DES), ensuring they receive the support and information needed throughout the process.

Position Highlights

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

• No nights, weekends, or federal holidays

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution (education equivalency may be considered)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information and coordinate multiple cases

• Familiarity with military disability evaluation processes preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) and Disability Evaluation System (DES) cases

• Assist service members with disability evaluation processes, benefits information, and required documentation

• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and case reviews

• Communicate with military leadership, medical teams, and the VA

• Maintain accurate case records and meet required deadlines
