Position Highlights

Monday-Friday schedule

• Shifts between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM

• Full-time and part-time opportunities

• No nights, weekends, or federal holidays

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship

• High School Diploma or GED (education equivalency may be considered)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer skills and attention to detail

• Medical scheduling or healthcare administrative experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling needs

• Verify patient eligibility and demographic information

• Maintain accurate appointment records and scheduling systems

• Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient care
