Sr. Consulting/Commercial Recruiter

You have a talent for talent. The Sr. Recruiter will independently source, identify, and network, be a contributor to the team's success.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the executive candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer negotiation
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse consulting talent related to current openings and potential new business initiatives
• Effectively coach hiring managers on interview and selection process
• Fosters an environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and communication
• Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness amongst qualified job seekers, improve the candidate experience and increase diversity of the candidate pool
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events
• Maintains candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system; provides weekly updates
• Monitor industry trends and competitors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting in roles of increasing responsibility; with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Documented success in Executive Search services within a Consulting Practice
• Life Sciences recruiting experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $115,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, this role will include eligibility to earn quarterly commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
