The role is dedicated to managing HSSEQ matters for WD and WD client accounts within that portion of the division. Core responsibilities include:

  • Enabling the WD business to comply with JLL, cultural, client, and statutory requirements by demonstrating leadership on health, safety, and environmental issues, and ensuring the JLL HSSEQ Management System and Standards are applied across areas of responsibility.
  • Ensuring alignment and compliance with HSSEQ policies, practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Facilitating the delivery and management of HSSEQ programs by supporting WD staff in achieving compliance and performance reporting against all JLL and client-set HSSE metrics and KPIs.
  • Supporting training, audit, measurement, and reporting programs to track HSSEQ performance against agreed standards.
  • Supporting new business pursuits, the transition of new accounts, and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Promoting a positive, proactive HSSEQ culture and influencing stakeholders accordingly.
  • Implementing practical risk management strategies.

Every day is different, and we encourage team members to bring ingenuity to all these activities.

  • Support HSSEQ program goals aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Ensure delivery of an HSSEQ training program based on the JLL HSSEQ training model, compliant with all local requirements.
  • Manage relationships across accounts, business functions, and employees operating within the division.
  • Provide guidance and advice on health and safety risk management at all levels of the division.

Standards

  • Ensure WD accounts meet JLL Global HSSEQ Standards.
  • Stay current on legislative changes and alert the WD business to developments that may impact the business.
  • Produce and update policy proposals and procedural amendments reflecting changes in legislation, best practice, or guidance, as directed.
  • Assist with investigations into incidents or accidents with health, safety, or environmental consequences, ensuring appropriate records are maintained.
  • Support work teams in securing operational HSSEQ compliance, including providing support for HSSEQ audits and inspections as required.
  • Support staff in completing HSSEQ risk assessments and identifying appropriate control solutions.

Communication & Reporting
