This is far more than a traditional deal desk role. As a Deal Manager, you'll operate at the center of Microsoft's commercial engine, helping shape some of our most strategic and transformative customer investments. Working at the intersection of sales, strategy, finance, legal, and customer engagement, you'll partner with customers, executives, and cross-functional leaders around the world to solve complex business challenges, craft innovative commercial solutions, and negotiate high-impact agreements. Imagine being part of the conversations that influence how some of the world's largest organizations invest in technology. You'll combine business strategy, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving to develop creative deal structures, pricing and licensing strategies, and customer-centric solutions that unlock the full value of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and emerging innovations. Commercial Deal Making IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
