Description

Inpro is seeking a top-tier sales professional to join our team as a Corporate Account Manager - Healthcare. This is an elevated account management and project management role- not a business development position- designed for a proven team player in healthcare sales. You will manage and grow relationships with our largest and most strategic healthcare partners, serving as the primary inside sales point of contact for national accounts. This includes delivering white-glove service, driving value through standardized programs and GPO partnerships, and acting as a key resource for stakeholders such as Architecture Firms, General Contractors/Sub-Contractors, and Healthcare Systems on account standards.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a high level of accountability, with a solutions-oriented, and positive mindset.

Key Qualifications



  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 3+ years in healthcare sales or account management.
  • Understanding of GPOs, standardized account programs, and product lines, particularly Aspex processes.
  • Successful background in managing complex, multi-site healthcare partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent listening and probing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively cross-sell other Inpro product lines, cold call, identify key decision makers, uncover needs and interests, and promote solutions/benefits.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce software, reporting practices, and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, with assertive, proactive, optimistic, adaptable, and leadership-oriented characteristics.

    • Proactively cross-sell Inpro product lines, uncover needs through cold calling and probing as needed, and assist in creating account-specific marketing tools where needed.

    • Maximize sales results by monitoring competitive activities (e.g., atmosphere, pricing) and incorporating insights into job pricing.
    • Keep returns at or below sales management targets.
    • Take direction from the "National Account Executive - Healthcare" on overall account care, projects, and pricing.

    • Deeply understand and communicate our sales processes, product lines, standardized programs, GPO offerings, and value propositions.
    • Manage project pricing based on contract requirements, update project information in Salesforce for accurate reporting, and ensure other Inpro product divisions are considered and entered for architectural projects.
    • When engaging facilities directly, coach them on promoting additional divisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Estimating, Finance, Aspex design team, and other internal groups for seamless execution.
    • Aspex will represent a significant portion of project management duties; receive targeted training to become Aspex product experts and collaborate closely with the Aspex design team to streamline processes.
    • Participate in ongoing company training programs, including product knowledge, Salesforce, Aspex expertise, strategic planning, and personal development.

    • Maximize selling time and time management by leveraging Sales Coordinator for paperwork, order details, completion, and double-checking, and other tasks.
    • Represent the company at occasional industry events, client meetings, and strategic planning sessions.

    • Effectively communicate and coordinate activities and job information with all Corporate Healthcare team members, manager, and internal customers.
    • Work well with all internal customers to foster a collaborative environment.
