Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some planned assignments after-hours. Assignments require traveling to various locations in Dane County, northern Illinois and some regional locations. This is a hybrid position located in Madison, Wisconsin. - Work collaboratively with a Video Producer and Marketing staff to develop project concepts and plans for a wide of variety of video work
- Establish quick rapport with patients, families, staff and leaders, making them feel comfortable participating in video work
- Be skilled in creating visual engaging videos for social media
- Create compelling video graphic solutions that include a strong sense of design, timing, and audio-visual balance
- Be an expert in video equipment, production software and using lighting techniques in a variety of environments

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Visual Communications or related field Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field
Other coursework or experience in multi-media graphics Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years as working as a Videographer Required
- 5 years as working as a Videographer Preferred
- Health care experience Preferred
- Familiarity with higher education Preferred
