Essential Job Functions: Build detailed military models and entities in AFSIM Develop dynamic scripting for realistic behaviors and interactions Craft mission scenarios that reflect authentic operational conditions Support MS&A study design and execution using AFSIM Partner closely with pilots, technologists, and domain experts Analyze simulation results and present insights to stakeholders Work with agile software teams to enhance MS&A solutions Collaborating with study leads & customers to refine technical approaches You'll be part of a culture that values curiosity, continuous learning, and teamwork, where people genuinely enjoy working together and supporting each other's success. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship. Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility. BS degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related technical field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to apply analytical and scientific methods. Scripting or programming experience. Ability to work well within collaborative teams. Ability to travel as needed. Desired Skills: MS degree in a relevant technical discipline. Active TS/SCI or higher. Experience using AFSIM for system modeling and/or scenario development. Exposure to STK, JMP, Python, C++, or R. Familiarity with modern U.S. and foreign military systems. | |
