Role Overview

A leading technology organization is seeking a Program Manager to join the Global Business Marketing team in a full-time contract capacity. In this role, you will operationalize go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for high-priority AI business products and solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, proactive risk identification, and clear cross-functional communication to align complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities




  • GTM & Launch Operations: Lead marketing operations for AI product launches, managing workback schedules, trackers, and daily execution against launch goals.



  • Requirement Gathering & Prioritization: Consolidate work requirements across product launches and prioritize resources based on core business goals.



  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with diverse marketing functions (media, social, email, web, events, and creative development) to ensure seamless delivery.



  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular cadences with key cross-functional partners to communicate launch progress, operational insights, and campaign performance.



  • Process Optimization: Support the Integrated Program Management Director in scaling best practices, templates, tools, and workflows for annual planning and strategic collaboration models.




Minimum Qualifications




  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing program or project management.



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.



  • Campaign & Channel Knowledge: Hands-on experience across integrated marketing channels (digital, media, social, email, web, events) and performance measurement.



  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end complex marketing programs and aligning stakeholders within a highly matrixed environment.



  • Operations & Delivery: Expertise in building workback timelines, managing shifting priorities, and driving accountability across concurrent projects.




Preferred Qualifications




  • Background in B2B tech, developer, or enterprise marketing.



  • Experience spanning both brand strategy and growth/performance marketing.



  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable efficiency or quality gains.
