Job summary

The Global Consolidation Reporting Manager is responsible for performing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing with the global consolidation reporting team and supporting new IFRS-related initiatives. This role collaborates with senior team members to prepare consolidation financial information, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.

Responsibilities



  • Perform closing activities and assist with consolidated financial reporting requests.
  • Coordinate with divisional reporting groups to ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting.
  • Prepare consolidation financial and supplemental schedules and financial disclosure schedules within tight deadlines.
  • Prepare final submission reporting files for financial information.
  • Prepare consolidation management reporting packages.
  • Coordinate with group headquarters to submit required financial information and respond to inquiries.
  • Coordinate documentation requests with internal and external audit and compliance teams.
  • Assist with maintenance of chart of accounts and profit center/segment reporting hierarchies.
  • Support financial reporting projects including IFRS18 implementation and S/4 HANA data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Support ad-hoc special financial reporting projects as needed.
  • Perform maintenance of SAP, BW, and Tango systems including coordinating system changes and updating applications for monthly financial submissions.


Qualifications



  • Public accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP, BW, and S/4 HANA systems.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, project management, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in the entertainment industry.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • CPA or equivalent preferred but not required.
