Pay Rate: $35.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including offices, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with site requirements.
  • Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
  • Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
