Responsibilities

1. Operating Hydraulic Presses
2. Operating and performing welding duties
3. Assembly/Testing of units
4. Putting on paint caps
5. Other various assembly jobs
6. Flexing from one work station is required for continuous throughput
7. Able to identify/monitor own work to ensure quality
8. Track and enter scrap in MSS
9. Able to complete the hour by hour board
10. Able to read and understand a traveler
11. Cross train and work in other departments
12. Train other team members
13. Able to work in a team environment
14. Supports 5s and safe work practices
15. Participate in High Performance Teams

Physical Demands:
* Stand for a minimum of 8 - 10 hours a day
* Frequent walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs
* Occasionally stoop, bend, lift/move up to 50 lbs
* Able to identify, pick up small parts for assembly/pack product
* Close, distance, peripheral, vision, depth perception, adjust focus

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, 1 -2 year manufacturing experience, and/or combination of education and experience
