Position Summary The Technical Leadprovides strategictechnicalleadership, direction, and deliveryoversight fortechnology solutions within a team or project. This rolecombineshands-onexpertise withleadershipaccountability for solution design, system implementation,enterprisealignment, scalability, and security. Serving as a key partner between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Technical Lead translates business needs into practical, well-architected solutions and guides teams through successful execution. This role includes mentoring team members, promoting engineering quality, resolving complex technical challenges, and supporting the timely delivery of reliable, high-quality solutions. The Technical Lead also partners across architecture, infrastructure, operations, and security teams to promote alignment with organizational priorities, technology strategy, enterprise governance, and leading practices. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and Oakland, CA once per week, or more, based on business needs or company requirements. Compensation PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be between the minimum and midpoint listed below. Thefinal decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above.This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
