We're currently seeking a highly skilled, results-oriented Sales Director, SLED - East who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS environment. This leader will provide strategic direction, hands-on coaching, and creative solutions while leading our State, Local Government, and Education sales team. We are looking for someone who can guide the entire sales process, from territory planning, targeting, and qualification through procurement, proposal development, negotiation, and close. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, develop winning account strategies, and grow Everbridge's presence across the SLED market. This front-line leadership position requires someone who can operate with autonomy, coach teams through complex public-sector sales cycles, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do:
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $133,000 - $154,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
