Recommend reviewing the 15+ years requirement against our job architecture framework. The framework uses experience as a guidepost, but scope, complexity, accountability, decision authority, influence, and impact should drive level alignment. As written, the role aligns to the IC stream and reflects senior technical ownership, but the scope does not yet clearly show the enterprise-level influence or major initiative accountability that would typically support a 15+ year requirement. We may either want to strengthen the scope language or adjust the experience requirement for better alignment. Based on the current scope of the role, I would recommend adjusting the experience requirement to 8+ years for stronger alignment with our internal framework. The reason I use 15 years, I'm assuming AI for the past 4-5 years, isn't the same as writing full stack code. It would take someone more than 8 years of experience to handle this job description too. This position may be hard to conform to what things are today too. We already know the person so please feel free to make that change. Have a good vacation. Thank you!
