Job Description We are seeking a Senior Director / Director to lead the Value Realization Office (VRO) process for material, transformational initiatives across the project lifecycle. This role partners closely with project owners, executive sponsors, Finance, and DTE to define how value will be measured, establish baseline and reporting approaches, and monitor realized value against agreed objectives. The position is central to building a disciplined, consistent approach to value delivery, helping ensure strategic initiatives achieve measurable outcomes and addressing risks or variances when performance is off track. Pay Range: $184,000 - $276,000Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
