What to Expect
The Infrastructure Coordinator is a self-starter who is highly detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and consistently demonstrates accountability from task initiation through successful project completion. This role requires exceptional customer service, the ability to deliver rapid solutions, and a strong focus on timely execution of facility requests. Prior knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance processes, and project coordination is preferred, along with a commitment to delivering an outstanding service experience. The ideal candidate will support new facility commissioning, site upgrades, and ongoing maintenance while managing vendor relationships, project timelines, costs, and regional operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Support the coordination of workplace infrastructure, including facility repairs, maintenance, and upgrades across multiple sites
- Assist with commissioning of new Tesla facilities and implementation of facility improvements and retrofits
- Manage repair and maintenance programs, including invoice review and documentation submittals
- Conduct site walks to assess conditions, identify deficiencies, and generate action items
- Maintain relationships with building management, property teams, and local vendor representatives
- Oversee ticket system management, vendor selection, and oversight for facility service requests
- Support cost control initiatives, site audits, equipment training, and project timeline execution
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in facilities operations, corporate administration, or operational support
- Strong work ethic with commitment to quality and consistent follow-through on tasks
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent listening, organizational, and communication skills across all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), BlueBeam Revu
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically based on business needs
