Certified Peer Health Navigator - Weekend Day Shift
Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 16 Hours/Week Bring Your Lived Experience. Help Others Move Forward. Telecare is seeking an experienced Certified Peer Health Navigator who understands that recovery is personal-and that sometimes the most meaningful support comes from someone who has walked their own recovery journey. This role is designed for a strong, recovery-focused Certified Peer who can build authentic relationships with individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges while helping them navigate behavioral health, physical health, and community resources. As a Peer Health Navigator, you will use your lived experience, professional peer training, and knowledge of recovery to help members build confidence, advocate for themselves, overcome barriers, and take greater ownership of their health and recovery. This is a fully in-person position in Northern Washington and is ideal for an experienced Certified Peer looking for a consistent weekend schedule. Schedule 16 Hours Per Week | Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Compensation Expected Starting Wage: $21.05 - $25.38/hour Starting pay is based on relevant experience above the minimum qualifications and applicable geographic differentials.
