This role is designed for a strong, recovery-focused Certified Peer who can build authentic relationships with individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges while helping them navigate behavioral health, physical health, and community resources.

As a Peer Health Navigator, you will use your lived experience, professional peer training, and knowledge of recovery to help members build confidence, advocate for themselves, overcome barriers, and take greater ownership of their health and recovery.

This is a fully in-person position in Northern Washington and is ideal for an experienced Certified Peer looking for a consistent weekend schedule.

Compensation

Expected Starting Wage: $21.05 - $25.38/hour
Full Wage Range: Up to $29.70/hour

Starting pay is based on relevant experience above the minimum qualifications and applicable geographic differentials.
