We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join a specialized team dedicated to optimizing client relationships and ensuring fair, consistent pricing. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, crafting tailored solutions, and collaborating with diverse internal partners to drive strategic pricing decisions. Your expertise will directly influence both individual client experiences and the firm's overall success, balancing client needs with crucial business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Administer pricing reviews and approvals for various financial services, including commissions, margin, asset-based fees, cash awards, and alternative investment custody.
• Gather and interpret client financial and behavioral data, conducting profitability analysis using internal models to inform critical pricing decisions.
• Construct complex, bespoke pricing packages for high-value clients and prospects, directly contributing to business growth.
• Engage frequently with leadership to discuss evolving pricing strategies and escalate complex requests for exception approval, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate extensively across client service, managed investing, network partners, finance, client acquisition, marketing, and operations to champion and support pricing initiatives.
• Educate and provide expert guidance to field partners on client profitability, market competition, and effective positioning of offers to clients.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for pricing requests that exceed established field empowerment guidelines, ensuring consistent and fair application of policies.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• 3+ years of experience in the brokerage or financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience conducting profitability analysis and using pricing/financial models.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills to resolve complex pricing inquiries effectively.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization (including legal, compliance, and senior leadership).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Deep familiarity with brokerage fee structures, competitive market positioning, and advanced financial modeling tools.
