Senior Third Party Risk Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Third Party Risk Specialist supports third party risk management and vendor oversight activities, helping reduce a backlog and maintain coverage during employee leaves. This role applies knowledge of regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and information security to support third party risk processes. The specialist will also assist with the transition from KY3P to a replacement third party risk management platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Support third party risk management activities and vendor oversight processes.
• Review and process outstanding work to help reduce the existing backlog.
• Provide coverage for employees on leave to maintain continuity of operations.
• Support the review of vendor risks related to regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and information security.
• Maintain accurate vendor records, risk documentation, and tracking information.
• Assist with the transition from KY3P to a replacement third party risk management platform.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding items and support transition activities.

Job Requirements

• Experience in third party risk management and vendor management.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to third party relationships.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and information security risks.
• Proficiency with technical tools used to support risk assessments, documentation, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
