About the Opportunity

This critical role is at the heart of pricing execution, offering an individual contributor the chance to be instrumental in implementing in-store pricing strategies. You will play a vital part in ensuring pricing integrity, directly influencing customer interactions with products and promotions. Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain pricing for promotions, markdowns, and clearance items across stores.
• Review and proof pricing communications to ensure accuracy and consistency, safeguarding pricing integrity.
• Support pricing audits and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with established controls.
• Build and maintain pricing processes, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, store operations, and field teams to coordinate pricing for key in-store events.
• Assist in reporting and analysis to support strategic pricing and markdown initiatives.
• Communicate pricing direction clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders and field teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, pricing, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail with proven experience reviewing or validating high-volume data.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in written formats.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and reporting.
• Basic understanding of retail pricing, promotions, or the financial impact of markdowns.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting audits or compliance processes.
• Exposure to merchandise planning or inventory systems.
• Familiarity with pricing analytics or reporting tools.
• Experience in high-volume retail environments with frequent pricing changes.
