The Probe Repair Technician I (PRTI) works in a production environment to produce world-class transducer repairs. Follow production sequence and provide feedback on improvements and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Operate production tools and equipment with precision.

* Follow production sequence and provide feedback on improvements and initiatives.

* Document and track all production efforts to ensure quality metrics are attained.

* Assist with the training of other employees in new or existing procedures.

* Follow safe practices relating to infection control, hazardous materials and mechanical loads and industry compliance standards.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

* Responsible for completing projects on time and performing work in a safe manner with little oversight.

* GE-RS Plug-n-Play Kit and Cable

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of 2 years of related experience to work activities or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Electro - Mechanical inclination, knowledge or experience.

* Ability to work with small tools under a microscope for extended periods of time.

* Possess a high level of patience, attention to detail and adaptability.

* Self-starter able to work as a team and independently without much oversight.

* Ability to prioritize assignments and effectively communicate timeline and workload.

* Mechanic and/or construction experience a plus

* Excellent communication skills

* General knowledge of common hand and power tools

* Basic computer data entry skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

* Technical degrees in electronic and/or mechanical discipline are preferred.

* 2+ years working in a Quality Control and/or regulated environment preferred.

* Experience with ultrasound equipment a plus.
