Summary:

Directs and manages the entire marketing process of product development. Responsibilities may include: initial contact, research, marketing plan development, on-site visits, organization audits, and contract negotiations

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively supports the mission and vision of CHRISTUS Health
  • Demonstrates and expects others to demonstrate personal and professional behaviors consistent with CHRISTUS Health's mission, vision and values
  • Responsible for the early identification of industry trends that could potentially pose opportunities for new physician business development, additional service line development, joint ventures, and co-management
  • Works with Regional team to assess strategic fit and feasibility for consideration
  • Provides Regional project leadership for service line additions and expansion
  • Collaborates with Market and Region leaders to develop Market and facility growth plans consistent with each Market's strategic plans based on market demographics for physician and patient populations, market share patterns, patient utilization data and physician practice trends
  • Ensures plan objectives are clear, concise, and consistent
  • Identifies and develops specific plans for the implementation of new physician growth initiatives
  • Coordinates and/or conducts physician interviews and any other third party queries required in the development of assumptions or validation of opportunities identified
  • Collects and coordinates analysis of demographics, utilization, reimbursement, health care benefits and regulatory trends regarding physician business development opportunities
  • Assists in providing financial analysis and assumption development as required for successful practice operations
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care services and the rules of accrediting bodies
  • Ensures compliance with all internal CHRISTUS Health compliance standards
  • Coordinates activities necessary to optimize operational, clinical, financial, and satisfaction outcomes
  • Identifies opportunities for service improvements and administrative initiatives with potential to support growth
  • Identifies and develops specific plans to support employed physician practices
  • Develops timelines that align with strategic initiatives within CHRISTUS
  • Facilitates the Region's response to new volume opportunities through information gathering, presentation and proactive interaction with appropriate internal constituents
  • Demonstrates a commitment to excellence by learning; sharing and implementing best practices from CHRISTUS Health
  • Supports CHRISTUS Health by assuming whatever other responsibilities that are mutually agreed upon to ensure the effective functioning of the CHRISTUS Health mission

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree required

Work Schedule:

8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
