Overview

CCA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, programs, and training initiatives across the organization.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive project, program, and training support while performing a variety of moderately complex administrative and operational duties. Responsibilities include gathering, receiving, classifying, reconciling, and consolidating data; conducting routine to moderate data analysis; preparing reports and project documentation; tracking timelines and deliverables; coordinating meetings and training sessions; and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved.

The Project Coordinator will serve as a key resource in maintaining effective communication, organization, and accountability across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Hackensack, NJ

Compensation: $19.94 - 30.68 per hour

Responsibilities

  • The Project Assistant is the front-line trainer for all patient facing administrative team members including, but not limited to, Customer Service Representatives, Intake team, and floor reception team. Training includes EHR and system navigation as well as institutional customer service initiatives.
  • Assists in the management of various performance improvement initiatives across the JTCC crossing multiple departments.
  • Project manages both short and long term assignments including data preparation and presentation at staff meetings and other leadership meetings as required.
  • Partners with the management team to assess priority of requests and prioritizes ways of tracking data and ensuring accuracy.
  • Word Processing/Typing Prepares and proofreads memos, reports and applications. Independently prepares responses to routine correspondence. Develops documents for presentation or meeting.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal departments within JTCC to ensure consistency of workflows and superior customer service continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides project/program support to a supervisor, department, or organizational unit in the preparation of project relevant materials that includes but is not limited to: assisting with project and event planning and implementation; managing the logistics of and coordinating content development for meetings, conferences, and other project-related events; coordinating proposal development and managing the proposal process; assisting with project data collection activities to maintain and improve the effectiveness of the workflow and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains organized project files ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Performs and participates in other job related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office applications
  • Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Must be organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible
  • Have excellent oral/written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding design and implementation
