Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of data systems, reporting, and business operations within Service Supply Chain. You will serve as the subject matter expert for our core reporting infrastructure - supporting and maintaining our Power BI reporting ecosystem, supporting our SAP S/4HANA platform, and partnering with business stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insight.

This role is best suited for a self-starter who can take ownership of ambiguous problems, work independently to drive solutions, and communicate findings clearly across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the SME for the primary reporting data model - owning its structure, documentation, and ongoing development
  • Maintain and support reporting dashboards and tools in Power BI
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and track metrics around internal and external customer satisfaction related to spare parts and service fulfillment
  • Bridge operational teams and data systems - translating business requirements into solutions and surfacing issues proactively
  • Utilize multiple data sources to analyze customer experience trends, identify root causes, and communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance analysis, improve efficiency, and support business decision-making
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business operations and grow into a functional role supporting our SAP S/4HANA environment, including aATP, Entitlement Management, and Asset Management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI - maintaining and supporting reports, datasets, and dashboards
  • Proficiency with SQL or equivalent data querying skills
  • Applied business operations experience in supply chain, logistics, or service operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - comfortable working independently with minimal direction on complex, ambiguous problems
  • Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables from start to finish without heavy oversight
  • Comfort with adopting and experimenting with new tools and technologies, including AI
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems
  • Familiarity with SAP modules: aATP, Entitlement Management, or Asset Management
  • Background in spare parts, service supply chain, or aftermarket operations

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
