Responsibilities

    Prepare reports, including due diligence reports, site feasibility studies, demand analyses, and operations studies, among others.
  • Ability to conduct zoning code/parking standards research and apply standards to site specific conditions, without the guidance of senior staff.
  • Prepare submittal documents, including technical specifications, requests for proposal, cost estimates, proposals, etc.
  • Work with WGI parking design staff to apply code and land use regulations, and address agency comments.
  • Prepare presentation materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and maps.
  • Manage parking planning and study projects including maintaining project schedules, budgets, and invoices.
  • Manage planning deliverables and submittals.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10-years minimum experience in private, municipal, healthcare, airport, or higher education parking management/operations
  • Special Requirements: Effective project manager. Working knowledge and experience with all aspects of parking operations, parking technology, functional planning, and studies.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
