Job Title -Administrative Procurement Assistant - International

Location -Montgomery, AL, on-site

What You Will Do



  • Maintains files of international project records (document control), processes invoices and supports the international department staff as needed.
  • Supports procurement reporting, KPI source data collection, dashboard updates, and weekly status summaries for management review.
  • Prepares and issues bid documents to prospective vendors seeking pricing information. Evaluates pricing information best value & specified product.
  • Writes & issues contract documents for purchase of materials needed for projects.
  • Coordinates with procurement staff, logistics, vendors, and project teams to obtain updates, resolve & track site material requests, and maintain current status visibility.
  • Coordinates travel through our travel agent for the procurement team staff.
  • Performs other procurement support and administrative duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager & Assistant Procurement Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -Excellent written and verbal communication and grammar skills, strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.

Education / Experience -Minimum high school diploma/GED and two years' experience clerical or administrative experience in an office environment required. Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required.
