Sayres is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst (Deputy PAPM Support) to provide direct engineering and programmatic support to the PMS 300/325 Program/Assistant Program Manager (PAPM). This position requires a strong program execution experience person who can operate in a deputy program management capacity and effectively engage with Government leadership, shipbuilders, and cross-functional teams. The selected candidate will work closely with program leadership to support daily operations, engineering coordination, action item management, presentation development, shipyard engagement, and executive-level communications across multiple shipbuilding efforts. This role is expected to work onsite 5 days per week in support of Government customer requirements. Responsibilities
