Position Summary

As a Procedural GI truFreeze Territory Manager at STERIS, will be responsible for the sales of STERIS truFreeze products in a specific geographic territory through procedural based selling. A successful candidate will focus on becoming a Trusted Advisor to all members of the hospital, focusing on the sales process in both the procedural and administrative areas. You will provide on-going educational support to STERIS Endoscopy's customers as to the proper use and understanding of our products. TruFreeze Territory Managers work at the discretion of the regional sales director with a focus on driving forward sales results within the procedural GI division.

This territory covers Carolinas and Virginia, applicants can live in Charleston, SC, Charlotte or Raleigh.
What will you do as a truFreeze Territory Manager
  • Actively grow the territory through new account acquisition while maintaining and expanding
  • existing business relationships.
  • Coordinate peer-to-peer activities and leverage HOW labs, marketing initiatives, and R&D; partnerships.
  • Expand truFreeze technology into Pulmonology, Oncology, Thoracic Surgery, ENT, and other specialties.
  • Develop consultative relationships with key decision makers and buying influencers.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and develop future sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and HOW lab programs.
  • Provide clinical case coverage and support physicians and healthcare staff.
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with SKAM and Corporate Account teams.
  • Develop and execute annual territory business plans and growth strategies.
  • Forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Participate in SGNA, ASGE, ACG, and other professional organizations.
The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 year minimum of successful sales experience
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 40%
  • Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements


Preferred

  • Knowledge of Endoscopy equipment
  • Experience performing in-services
  • Experience in creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans

Pay range for this opportunity is $70,000 - $80,000. This position is incentive planeligible, at target earnings of $170,000 - $200,000, depending on performance.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
