Supply Chain Customer Service Rpresentative

Fulltime, 40 hours

No Call, Weekends required

Location: 1800 Orleans St, Baltimore, MD

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Manager, Supply Chain Business Operations, and is a key member of a team who will provide exceptional customer service to clinical and non-clinical customers throughout the enterprise. This position acts as the primary point of contact between the Supply Chain department, and its customers, representing the organization's values and image.
The Customer Service Representative will accept inbound calls and follow up on internal and external customer and client inquiries while maintaining excellent customer relations. The role will process and submit orders requested by operational departments through a ticketing system, and by using the enterprise resource planning (ERP) application. The position will also schedule shipments, research unclaimed deliveries, and escalate inventory concerns, including with par levels to leadership. As part of the larger Supply Chain department, there may be times when this role will cover in the Storeroom to ensure there are no lapses in supply delivery.er.

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a G.E.D. Certificate

Work Experience: One year of work experience in a professional-related field (administrative or customer service preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 17.37/hour - Maximum 28.68/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
