Summary of Job Duties:(Grant funded) The Data Manager performance responsibilities are to manage the day to day operation of the facilities and assisting the director and staff as needed. This person will provide administrative support, office management, and clerical functions for the project office.
REPORTS TO: Director of Student Support Services

1. Enter participant data in Blumen
2. Monitor and maintain TRIO SSS Budget
3. Maintain inventory and report equipment repairs
4. Supervise student workers
5. Informs TRiO SSS Team of "at risk" participants
6. Compile reports of participants' activities and interaction with TRiO SSS Team
7. Support in office, administration, and organization
8. Design drafts and update forms
9. Maintain knowledge of federal regulations as they apply to TRiO SSS eligible participants
10. Help with the implantation of UAHT's RERAIL Program.
11. Other duties as assigned Qualifications:

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus two years of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed. Associate Degree preferred.

*Previous experience in accounting

*Experience in data entry

*Experience in data analysis

*Computer skills/databases required

*Experience in office management.

Special Requirements Some evening hours and work extended hours during special events Transport participants to the four year campuses, workshops, and conferences. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Database software

Provide personal payment for State and Regional memberships dues

Plan, supervise and attend TRIO Day
