Responsibilities: * Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and craft cocktails, beer, and wine * Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all guests * Engage with guests to enhance their experience and make recommendations * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area * Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and ID verification procedures * Accurately process orders and handle cash/credit transactions * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during high-volume periods * Uphold Omni brand standards and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications: * Must have been in the H2B program * Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred, ideally in a resort or high-volume setting * Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer * Strong communication and guest service skills * Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment * Must meet state requirements for alcohol service * Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity/AA/Disability/Veteran employer.
