We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Manager III to serve as the primary operational interface between strategic RF commodity suppliers and internal stakeholders. In this highly visible role, you'll drive supplier performance, supply continuity, inventory optimization, and operational excellence while supporting critical business transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementation and stabilization activities.

What You'll Do:
- Manage strategic RF commodity suppliers to ensure material availability, supply continuity, and operational performance.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor material requirements, supplier commitments, inventory levels, and procurement activities.
- Analyze supply and demand requirements while proactively mitigating shortages and supply risks.
- Develop supplier scorecards and monitor key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, lead times, quality, capacity, and responsiveness.
- Lead supplier recovery plans, escalation management, and risk mitigation activities.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, testing, deployment, user adoption, and stabilization efforts.
- Participate in UAT, data validation, master data governance, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives involving supplier collaboration, inventory management, procurement, and supply planning.
- Create dashboards, reports, presentations, process maps, and business documentation to support operational improvements.
- Partner with sourcing teams to support supplier negotiations, cost reduction efforts, and working capital improvements.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Production Planning, Procurement, Materials Management, or Manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of experience managing supplier relationships, supplier performance, supplier development, and risk management programs.
- 5+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, procurement, demand planning, or supply chain execution.
- 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or other complex industrial operations.
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects involving supply chain, engineering, operations, quality, and procurement teams.
- 2+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, stabilization efforts, or business process transformations.
- Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Inventory Management, and Procurement modules.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel reporting.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Supply Planning, and Inventory Management processes.
- Experience implementing JIT, Kanban, Min/Max Planning, Safety Stock Optimization, and Lean inventory strategies.
- APICS/ASCM certifications such as CPIM or CSCP.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- PMP certification.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Strong expertise in supplier performance management, manufacturing throughput improvement, capacity planning, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
