This is a Hybrid position must live within the St. Louis area and will need go into the Chesterfield Office located at 14528 S. Outer Forty, once a month.
Insurance Services Representative I is responsible for collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables including but not limited to unpaid, denied and underpaid claims. Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: This is a Hybrid position, must live within the St. Louis area and will need go into the Chesterfield Office located at 14528 S. Outer Forty, once a month.
