Compensation

Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly Tipped/Service Charge Eligible? No Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? No

Overview

Administer and oversee the Arcade department while ensuring guests are offered a warm and courteous attitude while enjoying a clean, safe, and fun environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers on various arcade machines.

  • Plan and prepare work assignments of employees to specific duties including scheduling, disciplinary actions, payroll preparation, and other administrative duties surrounding the department.

  • Ensure adequate availability of products for each shift.

  • Ensure all employees are properly trained and counsel when needed.

  • Ensure all reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.

  • Monitor arcade staffing to ensure all departments are adequately staffed and provide support to team members during peak periods or when scheduling conflicts arise

  • Ensure that the Arcade and Redemption areas are always clean and organized.

  • Provide superior customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.

  • Resolve complex customer complaints.

  • Perform all shift duties as required by the General Manager.

  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified applicants to meet store needs.

  • Invoicing, cash handling and daily management reporting

  • Adherence to proper uniform guidelines.

  • Ensure that all opening, shift and closing duties are performed.

  • Able to regularly bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.

  • The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times. I

  • Required to work holidays, weekend, day and night shifts as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.

  • Previous arcade and/or hospitality experience preferred.

  • Applicants should be in excellent physical condition, capable of bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting of 50lbs.

  • Experience working with children and families.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with guests, associates, and the general public.

  • Must be able to learn and adapt to a fast paced environment.

  • Must be able to work independently and in a fast paced environment.

  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of people.

  • Extremely customer-service orientated and have multi-tasking

  • Be able to execute basic office tasks. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
