Press Operator - 3rd Shift
The Press/Cut Room Operator is responsible for supporting efficient, high-quality production by performing a variety of hands-on manufacturing tasks within the press and cut room. This role focuses on assembling products according to work order specifications, loading and unloading press equipment, and entering processing cycles to ensure customer and quality requirements are met. The Press/Cut Room Operator maintains a clean and safe work environment, follows all company policies and safety procedures, and assists with day-to-day instruction and teamwork to maximize productivity and output. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement are essential to meeting production goals and company objectives. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Must be able to perform the following physical demands with or without accommodation: * Must be able to stand in place for 8-10 hours per day - * Must be able to safely move around in an industrial environment - * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds - * Some other types of physical activity are bending, grasping, and using hands to roll up material of 12' lengths - * Grasping includes grip strength of 36lbs of pressure to open the clamps to 2" - This is an entry level position. Starting Pay: Based on experience 3rd Shift Required Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:00pm -5:00am Friday: 7:00pm -3:00am Optional Hours: Saturday or Sunday: 9:00pm -3:00am Applicants must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must be able to lift 40-50lbs Overtime: Available & we are looking for someone eager to work extra hours. | |
