We are seeking an experienced technical leader to help shape the future of next-generation wireless and converged networks. This role will focus on developing advanced system-level validation solutions, partnering with industry innovators, and guiding our strategy to meet evolving market needs. You will operate at the forefront of emerging technologies - from AI-driven architectures to advanced network assurance - to ensure our solutions remain aligned with customer priorities and industry trends.


Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end validation solutions for next-generation networks, leveraging expertise across wireless, wireline, and cloud-native systems.
  • Collaborate with leading global customers to develop proof-of-concepts, define performance benchmarks, and influence emerging standards.
  • Provide thought leadership on advanced topics such as AI-enabled network intelligence, advanced antenna systems, and integrated communications.
  • Translate customer requirements into innovative, market-ready solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously analyze industry developments and incorporate insights into technical roadmaps and product strategies.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, delivering presentations, demonstrations, and technical papers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in wireless network architecture, validation, or related advanced communications fields.
  • Strong understanding of emerging networking technologies, including AI-driven systems, cloud-native architectures, and large-scale network emulation.
  • Track record of leading technical projects from concept to delivery, with measurable impact.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).

California pay range: MIN $192,360 - MAX $320,600
