JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a U.S. Benefits Manager who is strategic, analytical, and collaborative to join our Reward & Talent Operations team, this hybrid role is based in our Smyrna , GA Office. About the role As U.S. Benefits Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering competitive, compliant, and cost-effective employee benefit programs across the United States, with some support for Canada. You will partner with key stakeholders to drive benefits strategy, optimize vendor performance, enhance the employee experience, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting UCB's total rewards objectives. Who you'll work with You will be working in a team that is focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience through innovative rewards and benefits programs. Reporting to the Benefits Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Benefits Specialist and partner with Talent Operations, Payroll, Legal, Talent Partners, vendors, brokers, and other cross-functional stakeholders. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $125,600 - $164,900 . The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
