Your Role As a Gensler Technical Designer, you will collaborate with talented designers who help shape the future of the built environment. You will contribute to all phases of design, including concept development, construction documentation, and construction administration. We are looking for team members who pair creativity with strong technical expertise and who are committed to guiding clients as they evolve and grow their brands. Within Gensler's Charlotte team, you will help deliver worldclass retail environments by integrating design excellence, technical rigor, and strategic thinking that is both deeply functional and experientially rich. You will work with a multidisciplinary team from concept through completion to deliver quality project work as a steward of Gensler's commitment to quality, innovation, and impact. What You Will Do
